Specific confidential details include: usernames, passwords, group names, account names, secretive hashes, encrypted data or files, encoded data or files, personally identifiable information, consumer card holder data, protected health information, etc. DeepSentry assumes you have taken the necessary steps to sanitize your data or your logs prior to granting or allowing DeepSentry access to read your data or read your logs by deliberately, permanently and irreversibly destroying specific confidential details to the extent that there's no usable residual data, even with the assistance of advanced forensic tools, the data will not ever be recovered. Disclosure For Legal Reasons
DeepSentry may disclose your personally identifiable information when required to do so by the law and/or to comply with legal process served on DeepSentry; to protect and defend the rights or property of DeepSentry; and under exigent circumstances where we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
Non-Personal Information
